Client Request and Project Goals:
A client needed a detailed 3D can explainer video to demonstrate the structure, material, and design of a paper-based can. Requirements included accurate modeling, smooth animation transitions, and clear labeling for each part of the can. The video was intended for use in product launches, presentations, and social media marketing.
Workflow and Skills Utilized:
The process began in Blender with precise modeling of the can and its components, focusing on realistic paper texture, material thickness, and construction details. Animation was choreographed to deconstruct and reassemble the can, visually explaining each feature, such as sealing, labeling, and recyclability.
Custom textures and PBR materials simulated the real look and feel of a paper can, while lighting and camera work ensured every detail was clearly visible. Motion graphics and labels were added to highlight features and guide viewers through each step.
Multiple rounds of client feedback refined the animation timing, part separation, and overall narrative flow, ensuring the explainer video matched the brand’s vision and message.
Optimization and Export:
